I can see the Script Panel but not the Outline List on the right
You have docked the divider to the far right. Simply double-click on the divider to undock it or click and drag the divider to reveal the Outline List. If you cannot see the divider click on the Show Step Content icon on the far right of the lower toolbar to reset the divider to the default position.
